Extension of Game of Tensors 🚀

The cyber~congress team has decided to extend the Game of Tensors for another month. This extension is based on two main reasons:

🛠 Technical issue with rewards distribution: We faced a problem with contract execution due to exceeding the block gas limit, which hindered the distribution of rewards. Participants in Graph Verse did not receive rewards for an extended period. Proposal #12 resolved this issue.

⏳ Delays in launching subnets in ML Verse: Initial issues prevented the launch of subnets, but these problems have now been resolved. The launch is expected soon, with final preparations underway
