What are the most cracked shows of the early 2000s/start of the Golden Era of television?

Right now I’m double fisting Sopranos and Six Feet Under. 

I unfortunately have a lot of time on my hands so I’m taking recommendations.

I recommended "the wire" to someone and they found it boring, I was so disappointed. The show really excited me in many ways. 

Sopranos, I have watched 3-4 episodes. I would try continuing.
