I respect all the companies that maintain a Farcaster presence despite the small near-term benefits. It’s a signal that they’re long-term thinkers and walk the walk on crypto values.

My only allegiance is to vision and execution. And right now, I think Far aster has the slight edge for next gen social protocols, with Bluesky being a close second.

I think FC is way further behind in growth and technical maturity, for various reasons, but have an edge in vision.

Bluesky still feels stuck in a Twitter hole, even though it’s more malleable than that. The gradients of public to private and broad to focused feel more possible on the medium term FC arc.

But gut and vibe a bit.
