They’re both pseudodecentralized

Single dominant client negates pretty much all the decentralisation at the infrastructure level

However I think because farcaster has a fair amount of adoption from crypto apps you could argue that the identity and social graph is functionally more decentralized (not familiar with the atproto app ecosystem)
