An interesting coincidence: PSG’s goalkeeping rivals Matvei Safonov and Gianluigi Donnarumma were born on the same day – February 25, 1999. It feels like Donnarumma has been playing forever, but knowing Matvei since he was 17, it also gives the impression of an endless career. Today, they both turn 26 years old.

I's a statistical coin flip that two players on a 26-person roster will share a birthday. Not sure about the statistics of them being born the same year tho. Also, Buffon was 45 years old when he retired so these guys may have many more years ahead of them.
