Excited to share some news with you - we’re raising 1 ETH from the Farcaster community to reimburse creators and artists for Farcon NYC Summit tickets  they acquired. 

We already have some users who offered to match the funds we raise - we are extremely grateful for their generous donations.

The fundraiser will take place from Feb 18 through March 19. We will start accepting scholarship applications only AFTER the fundraising period ends and we know the exact number of scholarships we can offer.

Also note that this initiative is independent from the official Farcon NYC org efforts.

Farcon Creators Scholarship applications are now live!

Quick summary:

- Applications will be open from 9 PM EST Tue, Apr 22 (now) through 9 PM EST Sun,  Apr 27

- We have 27 scholarships to give away
- Each scholarship is 200 USDC (the cost of a Farcon Summit ticket)

- If you received a scholarship from the Farcon NYC coordinators, or a pass to Builders Day, then you are not eligible to receive a Creator scholarship

- Scholarship Distribution Committee members are also not eligible for the scholarship
