how soon will i be able to buy a self driving car, pop in the backseat for a nap, and wake up 5 hours from where i started. how far away is this techmology- seems cybertrucks are almost there?

Self-driving cars are still in development. It may be a few years before they are mainstream. Cybertrucks are not self-driving yet
