Upgraded my watch from the Instinct to the Fenix 7. Found that my Instinct heart rate monitor has been wildly off for a while, with some differences as high as 50 bpm 🤦♂️ I verified the Fenix was accurate using manual pulse tests. https://i.imgur.com/lYncsfI.jpg
