This is powerful. Ever since I found out about some of the lies and the disadvantages of seed oils, I have made it my lifestyle to stop using seed oils.

I lost 13kg / 28.6lbs in 4 months! I am 7kg  / 15.4lbs away from my target! Might add some belly workout 😀 I need that summer bod 🤭
Good news is, I have roughly 5 months to make it happen 🥴
