Wintermute's proposal to include a fee for ENA approved It is proposed to allocate a portion of the Ethena protocol's revenues to sENA token holders in order to improve their motivation and engagement. It is proposed to establish a number of conditions or parameters (e.g. USDe emission volume, protocol revenue level), upon reaching which it would be possible to consider distributing a portion of the protocol's revenues to sENA. The Ethena foundation is asked to clarify where all of the protocol's revenues are currently directed - whether they remain entirely within the protocol or whether some of them can go to other parties.
