With the fingerprints DAO split/dissolution likely, I am thinking about how collector DAOs can be viable. My one guess is that it makes most sense when members personally own pieces from the collections that the DAO has collected from, and thus have personal stake in the continuous promotion of the work as well as something to lose if the DAO dissolves (sell pressure, loss of visibility/prestige for the collections). Another one is the potential synergies between collecting and publishing or other revenue generating activities (nfts from your publishing arm fetch more because your curated collection lends you prestige). Fingerprints performance in this was hit and miss.
