Does anyone use Ladder app? I just joined on the rec of one of my best friends with whom I’ve trained forever. She suggested a “team” for bodybuilding I later realized had “a glute focus.” It’s been GREAT but weird because it’s like me and 500 women banging out chest, back, hip thrusts, and lunges.

LMAO this is awesome for me, i put in my goals and time available into grok and asked it to create a workout plan i just treat it like a personal trainer, log everything in the provided template and add notes to every workout and it modifies accordingly
