Day 5 of 5 on my makeshift Camino from Cadiz to Tarifa.

Today was 23.5km of walking, for a total trip of 127.5km. We walked from Bolonia to Tarifa.

During the night, heavy rains and wind pounded the windows of our hotel room.

We anticipated the weather and planned a late start. By 9am the forecast called for a clear day, and we were walking by 10:30.

We got lucky with the weather!

The day was perfect, overcast and cool as we had a big climb out of Bolonia.

We also discovered where van life occurs in southern Spain, highly correlated with perfect kite surfing conditions.

Happy feet, happy times. Grass was touched for a week 🙏
