Year 2 of Amazon: Our defense are becoming formidable making up for our lack of soldiers. Our food production this summer was great catchup. The skylights we put in allow for potential 365 crops. Sun lamps do a better job of growing plants, but 1000W become costly fast. We've already got our first gardening drone.

We've made our dormitory at the base of the mountain valley wall. Strip mining has proved to yield mostly steel and jade, but I have yet to explore all of this marble mountain. Having a mostly marble base is one of my favorite ways to experience structure & furniture in rimworld. It all sounds so grand.

Artemis is my acolyte of the Broken Empire, though she's been cheated on by her ex-lover, the tortured artist who is now dating my recent addition of a teacher from the Orion Corporation. They do not like us.  Mieko was rescued from a ship battle. We were also raided by a single researcher who dropped his MRG-5 (good)

The base initially started around the dining room our crafter Eden is currently in. Our corporate throne room is rather fitting for Artemis. Our hospital is equipped with adequate care while our research lab is the beating drum of progress propelling us with the acceleration refining the double edged blade of progress

Our defenses are growing out, supplanting the trees for wooden palisades that remind me more of a Roman camp than Amazon. It is at this point that I ponder if one day our Entrepreneurial god king will come and yay let him be bald. Such is the life of people who's deity is the shareholders.

I really forget about how bizarre some of these art pieces can be. The hilarity of these sculptures being filing cabinets, newtons cradles, or mugs of coffee, this one is certainly funny as it's made of rose quartz. It's no masterwork but I placed it here by complete accident only to read this text for this cast 💀

Its also great to finally have psychite production rolling. Each time I play Rimworld I find myself selling drugs. It is unavoidable at this point to say it's an effective means to an ends. I have more silver, I can buy more bots to increase company efficiency, it's a flywheel really. Follow for more corporate jargon.

I also have chickens. Lots of chickens. I plan to create more and more and I don't think there's anything you can do about it. Also we have an herbivorous dinosaur which unfortunately nobody wants to buy. Unlike my giant capybara Little Guy who was highly desirable and sold to an exotic good trader.
