It's weird being someone who's been using crypto for 7+ years now and who finds most of the KOL's and entrepreneurs have been over promising mass adoption for years while the majority of people who are these supposed mass adopters will always tell me "I don't really get all that crypto stuff." 
Then there's this recursive loop where builders say, "we need to design consumer apps where they don't know it's blockchain." Then the consumer still doesn't want to bite but the VC does and you're back to making parallelized EVM or something that makes 0 sense to a consumer again. Then nobody adopts the pepe goku with hat chain while it devalues and builders pivot back to "hide the blockchain again". 
This just goes on and on.

I feel like I'm just fucking exhausted and so are most of the OG's who have been riding along. I still am interacting with novel applications and exploring protocols, living smart contracts, and so on but It's starting to crack me. That being said, I adopted a mantra that if you are going to be in crypto, don't talk about it.
Yet here we are.
