Am I the only one who feels a bit sad reading takes like "yeah, proxystudio made a big mistake in the past, but they were really good to me / my project / the ecosystem"? Feels like people are literally putting personal gain above the harm done to others.

Supporting someone who is trying to make amends doesn’t mean ignoring the past; it’s also about recognising their efforts to change and improve. “Crime is common. Logic is rare.” Wrongdoing can be widespread, understanding and empathy are less common. I want to clarify that I am completely unbiased - I don’t know the guy and have never been involved in any of his projects. But, I’ve seen his positive contributions to this space especially Base, and as an empath, I naturally feel for him. He is a human being and deserves to be treated as such. What I’ve seen on CT feels more like bullying.
