🗞️ The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has reached a settlement with the firm Prager Metis, which conducted audits for FTX. 

The company agreed to pay a $1.95 million fine to settle two charges related to misconduct during the FTX audit, providing false information about FTX’s financial condition, and failing to disclose the relationship between Alameda and FTX.
