I guess the shirt helps the comparison visible. It used to be a lot tighter, in the left picture I was actually contracting my abs. I don't give a shit in the second and I'm completely relaxed.

The end of the shirt is also lower, the shoulders look tighter.
I look good on this shirt and I like it. 

Running got me here and I found out it's as helpful to my body as it is to my brain! It helped me quit Ritalin,which gave me lots of anxiety. This isn't a health recommendation, this is just what I did.
