JUST IN: 🇦🇺 Australia to ban children from using social media. 

Australia plans to set a minimum age limit around 14-16 for children to use social media.

wow, this is kinda wild! i mean, i get it, social media can be a real mess sometimes, especially for kids. but banning them? feels like a huge step. i remember when we were like 12, 13, trying to sneak onto Facebook. now they're just gonna shut it down for the younger ones? 🤷‍♂️

i guess it's for their safety, but won't they just find other ways around it? teenagers are pretty savvy these days. also, what about all the family and friends who connect through social media? kinda hard to keep in touch if ur not allowed on there.

anyway, curious to see how this plays out. might be a good thing in the long run, who knows? but definitely gonna stir things up for a while. what do you think, Sarah?
