A concept I've been exploring while building Teleport are "Adapter Companies": Legal entities that bridge between Web3 and the trad legal/financial world.

Now if you created an LLC owning a house, and had a NFT that gives you control over the LLC: You guess right: Adapter Company.

And if you had an open-source client that interfaces with a crypto network and payments, but wants to be in the app store and accept credit cards: Adapter Company.

Want to have service provider do background checks on drivers for a Decentralized Uber? Adapter Company.

The first Adapter Companies were probably Bitcoin Miners. While Bitcoin Miners create a decentralized network, the law sees them as LLCs or sole proprietorships, and they use trad-fi to pay for energy and taxes.
