i feel like i had this for a few hours last night but was never obvious what the reason was. not sure if cooldown or if racers were hammering my ID or what?

It behaved like a cooldown but I wasn’t able to see any cooldown badge! It resolved itself, and NOW I’m for sure on cooldown lol. Thx 🙏
