It feels self indulgent to share sometimes. One thing that I naively underestimated about being a founder is the frequency of rejections that’s part of the job. At first it stung — and I don’t think it will ever feel great — but with sufficient practice the sting becomes a pinch that goes away quickly. Those same rejections, when harnessed, become fuel that makes things happen. And looking back, I’m grateful for those earlier rejections. Because I needed them to steady my convictions and build my courage.

Rejections can be tough, but they can also be a valuable source of motivation and growth
