Disapproving of Trump is not approving of Biden, two different stats. Also feel like it isn’t skewed too left – worth remembering Trump only beat Harris by about 2m on the popular vote – and that this was the first time he’d ever won the popular vote! So following this start to his presidency in which he’s crashed the economy and taken away a lot of welfare for people who voted for him, not realising he would do that, it makes a lot of sense that this is his approval rating
