The “Gorditas“ is a traditional dish from Torreón, Coahuila. They are made from either corn or flour dough, and after cooking them a bit, they are filled with various ingredients such as egg, meat, pork cracklings, potatoes, or beans. Mix fillings like beans with cheese to make the dish even more flavorful.
