How can we turn this channel into Predictioncaster?

- Must state 2024 prediction before Jan 1, 2024 
- Users can bet points or tokens (warps?) before cutoff date 
- Any user can +/- to each prediction by replying with the amount they're willing to take the prediction
- Channel creator (for now) settles outcomes

Inspired by @bountycaster - feels like there are many crypto applications that would be better built with an existing social graph

Prediction markets seems like one of them that would be infinitely better with Farcaster

Could use UMAs Optimistic Oracle to initiate and handle disputes if the channel creator incorrectly settles an outcome
