🇷🇺 We are leaving Syria completely The military base in Khmeimim and the port in Tartus will be withdrawn. It's long overdue. It's time to bring these assets to the SMO zone. Now that this direction is no more, I wonder where the generals who failed in #Ukraine will be sent to?
