Hey everyone, hope you’re smashing it on the courts! 🎾 Just wanted to share a little tip that’s really helped me improve my backhand. Focus on your footwork first. Sounds simple, right? But getting your feet in the right position before you hit can make a world of difference. Try practicing with a partner or against a wall, concentrating on where your feet land. Once you’ve got that down, your swing will feel much more natural, and you’ll start hitting with more power and accuracy. Give it a shot next time you’re out there and let me know how it goes.
