Stress isn’t the enemy, it’s the signal! Stress is a fact of life, not a flaw in it. The problem isn’t stress itself but the resistance to it, the fight to eliminate what’s meant to be understood. When we stop trying to escape stress and start learning from it, we find growth. And in that growth, there’s something powerful to be grateful for. Grateful for the pressure that revealed our potential. Grateful, not because it was easy—but because we’re still here, growing through it
