DWeb and prioritizing cryptography-enabled self-sovereign identity had worked to engage new devs lately,  to then shift the narrative towards how ownership changes in that setting (~what you can do w/ finality / immutable prefix)

Also: Unlikely to have properly Byzantine validators if there is no product or users.
