Could it be possible for you to look at my account? It's been weeks since I moved my degen over to a hard wallet and relinked everything. I'm still showing no rank, allowance or tips. Thank you for any help you could provide.

I've been having issues with my allowance and tipping for weeks with no team help, maybe now they'll look into things. Don't worry guys you can still use the site while they work out the bugs.

Same outcome. I had an allowance and tips before when I had my degen on a hot wallet. Then I moved the degen and added the new wallet and the zeros started. I tried removing the old wallet leaving just the hard wallet and that didn't work. I tried removing the hard wallet and reconnecting it and that didn't work.

Again I'm asking is there anywhere I can go to get help with my allowance/tip issue? I transfered my degen to a hard wallet and lost all allowances and tips. I even disconnect and reconnected the hard wallet multiple times to try to fix this with no luck. I have been trying to fix this for weeks now. Thank you.

To answer your question though, my wife stores her degen on a hard wallet and it works just fine. Everyone should be putting any sizeable amount on a hard wallet. Say no to hot wallets for long term holds, stay safe everyone.

That's what I thought but it's been well over 48 hours now. I thought about disconnecting the wallet and relinking it but I'm afraid that'll rest the clock and not fix the issue.

Everything was working fine when the degen was on my original wallet. The issue only began once I moved the degen to a more secure wallet.
