Is there anywhere I could read up on how to fix my account? After transferring my $degen to a hard wallet and adding the wallet to this account I've lost all my accrued $degen and am no longer receiving my tips or allowance.  I'm willing to put in the work to fix it I just need a direction to go.

That's what I thought but it's been well over 48 hours now.  I thought about disconnecting the wallet and relinking it but I'm afraid that'll rest the clock and not fix the issue.

Perhaps it will take the system time to recognise your balance in your new wallet
I changed mine a while back and it took 48 hours to recognise I had the 10,000

I only have the hard wallet linked with over 10k degen.

Make sure you only have one wallet linked, and also are holding 10k degen (not tips) in that new wallet?
