I think both are unique in their own different ways, but I will still prefer to go with automatic.

This your reply shows you are a car enthusiast, you have knowledge about vehicle. 

Choosing an Automatic carbwon't be a bad idea, but do you know you will be at disadvantage if your car "kick"(what to start the car) get faulty while you are on a tour. Where there is no mechanical to repair it at that moment. But if it is a manual car, there is a solution to that at that moment.
