Ok looking for advice for expert opinion

Have a friend who considers himself a “high end roaster” in his words. Runs a small biz. Wouldn’t sell me certain beans because I’m not doing pour over. I have a decent setup

Using same beans, does pour over increase quality of coffee in multitudes?
