Ok looking for advice for expert opinion Have a friend who considers himself a “high end roaster” in his words. Runs a small biz. Wouldn’t sell me certain beans because I’m not doing pour over. I have a decent setup Using same beans, does pour over increase quality of coffee in multitudes?

My go to beans are from onyx. Grinder baratza encore. Moccamaster techni vorm. Had employee who became my unofficial barista because he went down a coffee rabbit hole. Then he moved away, now remote employee. He ruined my coffee taste buds for the better haha. My setup was his rec for me not wanting to do my own pour o
