In this role, you will start out with improving our user journey for various segments, mostly partnered with our dapp team to build incredible experiences for people to learn about, discover, and use asset backed currency. Depending on person, there are tons of problems and products to work on.

Example other problem I'm grappling with (and working with community on): What does the community controlled governance mechanism look like for distributing the 20B RSR (>$40m today) for ecosystem growth? Does it look like veCRV? @undefined grants? Something else?
