I know I haven‘t been active these days, but I was shadow banned almost the entire last season and I’m not sure if it’s lifted now. although I tried very hard but this damn shadow ban killed all my efforts. I’m not sure if I want to stay active this season 🤷🏻‍♀️ Anyone has similar experience?

I started therapy yesterday. My last experience wasn’t a good one, since most of our sessions she was the one talking. But I think this one is better and I‘m hoping I‘ll feel better? Happier? Idk. What’s your opinion on therapy? Although I‘m probably shadow banned and u won‘t see this🙇🏻‍♀️
