If you have a SPAM 0 label, you really should work on improving it. You already don't qualify for most rewards and a lot of people are going to unfollow you so that it doesn't affect their account. I currently only follow one account with a SPAM level of 0. You will actually improve your own page following some basic guidelines.

I just took a quick look at the the Dune query for your account. 13% of the people you follow are SPAM label 0. I would start there.
