tomorrow I will have guests and I want to try making a new dish for myself, meze with eggplants

here is the recipe:
Bake a whole eggplant and bell pepper in the oven. They should become very soft. Then, cut the eggplant lengthwise, let the juice drain, remove the skin with a spoon. Also remove the skin from the bell pepper and remove the seeds.
Chop the eggplant flesh, add finely chopped parsley, chopped pepper flesh, garlic. Add a spoonful of concentrated sesame paste, generously pour lemon juice, salt and pepper. Stir. Drizzle olive oil on top.
