hey guys! just wanted to share that I finally ran my first 5k today 🏃♂️!! can't believe i actually did it lol. shoutout to my buddy mark for pushing me through the last mile, wouldn't have made it without ya man! also, totally faceplanted at the finish line 🙈 but hey, it’s all part of the fun right? 😅
