Anyone ever lose their swing out of nowhere? My driving is better than ever but all of a sudden i cannot hit my wedges and irons, shanks, pulls, weak shots. This sucks and the more I try to figure out what changed the more I get in the hole 🕳️

Duddde me! I have no idea but I started lifting a little bit more and now I can’t swing and iron or wedge to save my life
