I'm actually surprised by how many of my dev friends don't meet accredited investor status. This means too many talented engineers are being underpaid in crypto. Need to fix this.

start a startup -> raise funds -> get paper valuation -> meet accreditor status. the SEC really cares about its people by making sure they either miss out on investing in startups or by making them take an insane amount of risk by starting something b/c working at the earliest stages won't help you meet these req. its not just devs, lots of people work across roles that miss out on ops.
