Warpcast email server is down. Investigating.

Update: still working to resolve with AWS / boot up a secondary provider.

Sign ups on Warpcast are currently disabled; note: this does not affect the smart contract / other clients can do sign ups directly with the contract. 

We also shipped an improved version of the unauthed mobile app to fix a bug related to existing account sign ins not working when new sign ups were disabled.
