strong opinion, somewhat strongly held: i don’t fw elon’s emerging “sperm donor” persona. it’s a luxury belief in action. he pushes pronatalism, but his $$ lets him offload and opt out of the hands-on parenting that is good for kids. we shouldn’t normalize absentee fathers. same goes for Kardashians.

one TIL (and i dont like Elon) is that he lost his first marriage organcially concieved child to some rare disease preventsble with grnomic filtering this helped understand his weird IVF fixation for having kids i still thing is bad he doesnt seem to care much for them once engendrated but it put into perspective the why of him doing so that way

i guess i separated the sperm donor from the absent father concepts here, one could be true without thw lattsadly. not the case. maybe it helps him not emotionally attach who tf knows
