create an easy way for folks like @v and @dwr.eth @base who are less likely to use their sizable moxie rewards themselves, to easily donate it to charities or towards hackathons and such

would be awesome if they used those funds to help fund a decentralized developer grants effort, this was discussed briefly a few days ago by @dwr.eth so being able to fund it with moxie woudl be great.

i tihnk dwr wants mostly a way to greenlit projects so its able to divert funds to it.

something like @microsub but with your moxie rewards could work great @downshift.eth (make a bot that claims and sends your daily redeemable moxie to whoever you sub to)
