i got this notif saying “we received your report about spam” or something like that, but i don’t think i ever reported anything as spam? unless i accidentally did? and now it says i’ve reported spam twice?

Im thinking it might be reaaaaally old reports, but the new -confirmation/notification- system is barely picking up on -replying- those?
