afaik i think the issue with L2's is there's no mempool so no MEV.

someone on X explained well how sinpers where just spamming 24/7 tx's looking for new LP pools deployed from clanker (and fresh tokens) to try and buy the token (sniping) on the same tx.

They recommended you guys not use the NFT minting part of uni v3 and just create the LP pools directly instead, so snipers can't -see- that NFT index+1 and then check CA -> snipe all in one block

I think their reasoning was avoiding the NFT creation wouldn't let them get the CA on same block at least, so until they could see that tx first and then get CA would cut them off one step more

23/ Clanker could just change its deploy logic to stop using the Uni NFTPositionManager contract. Liquidity can actually be directly minted inside a Uni pool, without going through the NFT. 

It's not like the NFT is needed because the liq is locked and burned anyway.

24/ This kills spam, because it eliminates the use of the NFT position index . Without that index they have no way of checking inside a smart contract without seeing the deploy transaction. 

And therefore they have no reason to spam on every block.
