that's one way to look at it, definitely. the lack of future mints on mainnet will also add some retroactive weight to those '21-23 mints as well.

im so sad i never minted /lsd on mainnet yet, still looking forward to it, but as time goes i get this feeling it won't make sense by one im ready bc prices of eth keep going higher

another way to solve this is mint in an l2 like base first ,(for a cheap mint experience) and migrate to mainnet next, if the FP rises and there's demand/a good reason for it (permeability)

i'm curious to see how many collectors start to choose migration of tokens in time as well. as an artist i'm not too concerned one way or another, base is just as valid as mainnet imo. i can see the argument for future 'store of value' or some such with collectors being the primary audience for that use case.
