we're paying storage for keeping track of <squints> integers(???) on the blockchain?

most of the stuff is on hubs, and thats' what we pay storage for beyond fid keeping, thats why if you cast/like a lot you need to pay extra storage

hubs are like a decentralized network of nodes keeping all farcaster state (not media, thats centralized on CDN's, but cast texts contents) and all the relations between users, follows, etc

no, they're their own network but not a blockchain perse, although one of the latest updates is called snpachain
