Reset all points, tip allowances, and spam labels due to numerous false positives in the Warpcast spam label dataset. Hot-testing new ideas tomorrow.

So, apparently, there have been many cases of false positives in the spam label dataset. They did revert the degen allowances and tipping system (also to people labeled as spammers like myself) but now it's back to 0 again, so I won't be able to tip the almost 1k degen that I had today.
