Got it, thanks a lot sir! I’ve been running hubs when there were only ~50 hubs and now there are >1000. Amazing.

I announced this a month ago, but we stopped the rewards for hubs when we were having the "too many hubs" congestion issue. 

A lot of people are running hubs without rewards, so we're going to keep them off and see if we maintain this steady state.
