That's a good idea! I had a simple light sensor on an older prototype, but that's all.

However there's a camera onboard, so maybe using some visual detection software could be useful? I could also easily swap out the camera for a more capable one – Infrared, motion detection, etc.

Do you have any spacial sensors onboard? I'm thinking it could be adopted in some form of dMRV application
